  • Craig McGilvray - Chief Executive

    Craig McGilvray - Chief Executive
    Craig joined the business in 2009 and has specialist knowledge of the delivery and management of growth and building value added service offerings. Craig's earlier appointments include: MD of Alfred McAlpine Business Services, where he successfully managed the company through a period of sustained growth; Divisional FD at Alfred McAlpine; and Group FD at Stiell during its transformation from an M&E contractor to an FM provider.

  • Lesley Shearman - Executive Director, Operations

    Lesley Shearman - Executive Director
    Lesley joined the business in 2002 and has overall responsibility for Emprise’s Cleaning division in addition to being accountable for the Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance teams. Prior to joining Emprise, Lesley spent eleven years with MITIE, where she worked in a number of senior management positions. Previously, she worked as a consultant with Cleaning Research International and within the Domestic Services Management division of the NHS. Lesley has over 25 years’ experience in the industry.

    Tony Hampson - Executive Director
    Tony joined the business in 2009 and manages the Security Division in addition to taking overall responsibility for the Technical Services sub-division and the Business Assurance team. Tony spent more than 11 years in previous positions at Alfred McAlpine and Balfour Beatty, before joining Emprise. In his previous roles, he successfully managed over £200m of business delivering TFM services to a diverse portfolio of large, multi-site, public and private sector organisations.


  • John Poskitt - Executive Director, Commercial

    John Poskitt - Executive Director
    John joined the business in 2010 and manages the business’ commercial strategy, procurement and the development of 'value for money' service proposals. In the construction industry, he has worked with a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors. In FM services, over the last 15 years, he has previously worked for EC Harris, Trillium, Land Securities, Mapeley and Monteray. He has also had hands on experience as MD of a national services delivery company and is a Member of the RICS.
